What do Reiki and meditation have to do with self-esteem? Regular Reiki sessions combined with meditation can help release blocked emotions and improve confidence.
It is important to understand that unprocessed, blocked emotions cast a gloomy filter over our perception of everything that happens to us. Unprocessed emotions also lower our self-esteem. Reiki and meditation can aid in balancing emotional processing. However, there are things we can do ourselves. We don’t need Reiki sessions, visits to psychologists, or to join a meditation group.
There is a secret.
Life happens, bad things happen, good things happen all the time to everyone. The same bad thing can happen simultaneously to two people at the same time.
However, based on the individual’s reaction, the outcome will be different. Let’s say someone used a dangerous maneuver to get in front of your car to turn left at the intersection. For one person, it will be a few seconds of tension. For another, it will be a weeklong depression and anxiety. The situation is the same; the difference lies in how we look at it. Is it just a dangerous situation on our way home? Or is it an unjust insult delivered in public?
Strong confidence is the best tool anyone can have to see the world as it is, without looking for conspiracies or hidden agendas.
And it starts in our bathrooms every morning. What did you say to your reflection? Do you remember? Did you smile at your reflection? Did you say something nice to it? Building your confidence and releasing toxic emotions start here in our bathrooms in front of our reflections. Judging our reflection and saying nasty things about our age, appearance, or weight sets the day off to a bad start.
What if our reflections in the mirror could talk?
All we must do to make the day better is to smile at our reflection and compliment how wonderful, smart, and brave we are. See your day flourish. Feel better.
If it does not work, try again. If it still does not work, make a Reiki appointment.
